日野川のほとりにたたずむ、癒やしの空間

　江府町の日野川沿いに位置する「エミーズカフェ」。広々とした空間で食事やコーヒーなどが楽しめ、地元住民の憩いの場となっている。

　食事メニューで人気の「たたらんち」は予約必須。大山鶏のハンバーグに地場野菜のサラダ、じゃぶ汁、デザートなどが一度に楽しめる。また、セットにもついてくるハート型のパンは、日野郡産の米を生地に練り込んでいて、独特のモチモチとした食感が特徴だ（パンのみの購入も可能）。

　なお、コーヒーにもこだわりあり。おすすめは、「奥大山コーヒー」。地元の天然水を使用した、後味すっきり、やさしい味わいである。

「ここにいると落ち着くからって、開店と同時に来るお客さんもいますね。外の景色を見ながらゆっくりしたい時はぜひ足を運んでくださいね。」とシェフの清水さんが笑顔で答えてくれた。田舎ならではのゆったりとした空間を楽しんでほしい。

Emy's Café sits along the Hino river in Kofu-town. Guests can enjoy a menu of food and tea options in a spacious setting that has become a popular rest stop for locals.

Their popular Tataranchi meal set requires a reservation. In one set, you can indulge in hamburger steak made with local Daisen chicken and served with salad (local vegetables), jabu soup, and dessert on the side. Sets also include heart-shaped bread that has rice from the Hino District as part of the dough, producing a fluffy texture that is its calling card (bread can be purchased separately as well).

They take special care in their coffee, too. We recommend the Okudaisen Coffee. It is made using local spring water that gives it a clean after taste and unaggressive flavor.
